With its meetings in Dallas, Texas, in August 2018, CIG Capital and its partners agree to fund Glimpse Holdings and its brands; Glimpse Aviation, Glimpse Development, Glimpse Travel, Magnifica Resorts, Magnifica Hotels, and Black Family Aviation $1.4B over the next seven years. The funding includes aircraft, operations, infrastructure, acquisition capital, and more. Glimpse and CIG Capital had its celebration in Dallas to commemorate the transaction. CIG Capital has agreed to fund starting in late 2019 in early 2020. “This is the first step of building one of its kind brands that focus on elite service above all, for its clients,” says Wade Black, founder of Black Family Aviation and a principal with Glimpse. This model will be more than just a private jet charter service, but an all-in-one hospitality service with a concierge service. This is a private jet charter, hotel/resort, and yacht brand all in one type of model.
